Wiring – stored item on or pushing against
Rafters – sagging, splits or cracks
Trusses – loose or missing gusset plates
Sheathing – discoloration or water penetration
Ceiling just below attic – staining, water, discoloration
Excessive water
Roof (underside) – frosting (ventilation issue)
